They frequently become difficult or break down, typically from communication issues. You need to understand  the importance of fulfilling human needs and values within a communicative framework to be able to learn from, grow into and succeed in your relationships.

Personal safety and fear management program designed to increase your awareness, your safety, your confidence and your natural instincts. You will learn the ABC/3D system that can be applied to any fearful or confrontational situation, whether they are physical, verbal or emotional. We teach you how to manage your fear, to use your own natural instincts and weapons to protect yourself and your loved ones using your mind, body and spirit.
