Wellness coaching

Personal and small group life and health coaching sessions where we teach you how to gain energy, lose weight and help you structure a plan for lifelong health. Learn the difference between health and fitness. Improve your specific fitness required for your lifestyle or performance goals. Learn how the principles of F.I.T. influence and balance the 4 S's of all your activity and how to make them a balanced part of your daily life, plus much more.

Confrontation and Fear management

Personal protection and self defence courses designed to increase your awareness, your safety, your confidence and your natural instincts. You will learn the ABC/3D system that can be applied to all confrontational situations, whether they are physical, verbal or emotional. We teach you how to manage your fear, to use your own natural instincts and weapons to protect yourself and your loved ones using your mind, body and spirit. 

NO prior training or fitness necessary.

Applicable to business (staff and management), schools (teachers and students), personal, public  and domestic scenarios. In fact, anywhere there is potential for conflict or harassment, this will give you the tools to help you manage and survive.

Relationship management

Relationships are an essential part of life and are places that will challenge you to be your best, whether at home, work or socially. They frequently become difficult or break down, typically from communication issues. You need to understand  the importance of fulfilling human needs and values within a communicative framework to be able to learn from, grow into and succeed in your relationships.

Respect Life Coaching can guide you through this framework individually, as a couple or in small groups.
